- Since 1993: Professor of Tbilisi State Medical Institute, Tbilisi, Georgia.
- 1964 to 2003: Emergency medical doctor, junior researcher, head of laboratory, director of the Republican Center for Scientific and Medical Information of the Ministry of Health Gruz SSR.
