- Prof. Dr. Hussien Omer kadi is a professor of Pharmacology and Therapeutics, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Sana’a University.
- Dr. Hussien holds a Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacology from Zagazage University and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Cairo University.
- He was a president of Hodeida University, president of the International Pharmaceutical Studies And Research Center, and was a supervisor of many master's and Ph.D. students in the field of Clinical Pharmacology till now.
- He is a Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Yemen. Recently, he focuses on Covid-19 guidelines therapies and immune-stimulants agents.
- Dr. Hussien Research interests are Clinical Pharmacology, Drug interactions, Toxicology.
