Research Interests
- My Research Interests focus on the discovery and development of novel drugs and biological probes. To achieve these objectives I evaluate at a molecular level small molecules (SMs) including privileged structural motives and synthetic scaffolds with a prominent interest in those that can affect cell division. The resulting SM libraries, available from long and short-term external collaborations, are screened in our Drug Discovery implementation, which allows interrogating relevant biological activity.
