- Muhammad Ishaq, MD is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Catholic University Leuven Belgium. Currently, Dr.Ishaq holds certifications from the European Board of cardio-thoracic surgery, National Board of Health and Welfare Belgium and Sweden. In addition, he is a certified member of the Royal College of Surgeons UK/Ireland in 2006. Dr. Ishaq was awarded the Developing Leaders award in cardiothoracic surgery by the European Association of cardiothoracic surgery EACTS in 2014.
- Dr.Ishaq trained at various universities and teaching hospitals in Belgium and the United Kingdom in surgery and cardiothoracic surgery. During his training period, he was able to provide superior care and consultation that resulted in an overall improvement of the department`s patient satisfaction quotient. Dr.Ishaq is known for his patience, dedication, and attention to detail for each patient case. He has gained a broader perspective and new competencies in the management of cardiothoracic surgery& critical care patients, thanks to the various positions that he had currently and in the past.
- As a doctor, we have to consider that every single day is a mission to improve. We are privileged medical doctors because we work with the most beautiful creatures of nature human beings. Sharing experience is our most important challenge because thanks to this we can change the story of one life. He hopes to continue to use his surgical skills to further the field of cardiothoracic surgery.
- His interest includes adult and pediatric cardiac operations, in addition, he is fascinated by research in rheumatic heart diseases.
